Our professional mentorship opportunities are private sessions focused on chosen areas of development between you and an experienced mentor.

Mentoring provides meaningful connections that impact the people involved and influence their lives at home, at work, and in their communities. For those who are being mentored, it is linked to improved professional, social and economic prospects.

Elizabeth "Liz" Matthews, BCBA, LBA (she/her)

When it comes to mentorship Liz's values include quality and balance. Her experience come from being a BCBA since 2006 and running a success business since 2013. Alongside her professional accomplishments she balances parenthood and being a military spouse. Liz is currently a doctoral student with a focus on leadership.

Laura Hernandez, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA (she/her)


Laura has been a BCBA since 2019 and working in ABA since 2014. She has experience working with children and adults in homes, clinics, group homes, residential settings, and via telehealth. Laura enjoys providing mentorship for others, to help them build the life they want, using the skillset she has established..
